Anđela Bratić Šteher was born on November 13, 1998, in Banja Luka, where she completed her secondary education at a general high school (gymnasium). She graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Banja Luka, earning the title of Bachelor of Political Science.

She gained professional experience in both the public and private sectors, where she developed strong organizational and analytical skills, a high level of responsibility in task execution, as well as the ability for effective communication and teamwork.

She obtained the professional title of broker by passing the professional exam before the Securities Commission of the Republic of Srpska. She is currently employed as a broker and holds a license to perform brokerage activities, number: 05-03-184/26, valid from March 27, 2026, to March 27, 2028.
