Subject to trading:
• shares of companies, bank and other legal entities owned by the state, which authorized state institutions is on the market through stock exchange member;
• shares owned by other investors, if the quantity is at least 5% of the issued shares of certain shareholders or exceeding 200.000,00 KM.
